Our REO department represents numerous Banks and Asset Management companies based throughout the country. We offer our clients the convenience of a single point of contact from Title Order through Disbursement and Post Closing. Our firm has a professional, experienced staff supported by specialized software to streamline the REO closing process in order to meet the seller's closing criteria, expectations and timelines. We are online with several state of the art closing systems including REOTrans and Resnet.

For our clients benefit we utilize our in-house attorneys to perform the initial title examination, clear all title issues and, as a title insurance agent, we issue the title insurance policy at closing. We prepare the sellers deed package and documents, review all closing documents to ensure sellers criteria is met, send sellers' HUD prior to close date, ensure that the sellers' funds are wired within 24 hours, providing them with the federal tracking number.

As an additional service to our clients, our attorneys travel - at no additional expense - to make the closing as convenient as possible for the buyer and agents. We have found that this service provides additional control for our client over the closing process and fewer delays of close date or of disbursement of funds.
